The BATTLAX HYPERSPORT S23 employs a newly designed compound in theedge portion of the tread that makes contact with the road whenbanking at sharp angles maximizing edge grip when cornering andallowing riders to take their sports riding performance to the nextlevel.

An updated pattern incorporating the PULSE GROOVE contributes tothe tyre’s impressive wet weather performance.

What is PULSE GROOVE?

This new thread pattern uses a pulse-shaped groove and deflectorthat optimizes water flow. Tests have shown improved water drainageand better grip and adhesion in wet conditions as well as 8% mileageincrease

Compound and Construction

  • New compound for front shoulder and rear edge with optimised resincomponents to enhance grip characteristics.
  • Grip improver is a material that improves grip by making it easierto follow the road surface.
  • Carbon reinforces the spring-like polymer preventing the polymerfrom shrinking and consequently losing grip.

Pattern design

  • New pattern design including PULSE GROOVE in the rear for betterwet performance
  • Optimised land/sea ratio in the shoulder area and patternstiffness
    • In the front for DRY handling and stability in DRY and WET
